International Shipping Updates

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATES

Customers from Canada:

Canada's shipping strike ended on December 17th. As of December 23rd, USPS is not accepting packages to Canada. Once USPS resumes their service to Canada, we will start sending out orders.

When ordering, please tick the box next to "Canadian Shipping (amount TBD after end of strike). You will be charged for the book now. We'll contact you to pay for shipping later.

We expect the Canadian Post to have quite a bit of backup and we appreciate your patience with these longer than usual shipping times.

If you ordered a title during the strike, we will be reaching out to you once USPS resumes services in order to let you know how much your shipping costs are. Titles ordered before the strike that were held already have their shipping amount applied.

From USPS:

The United States Postal Service is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions.

If you would like to purchase a title and are unable to have it shipped due to USPS suspensions, please email us at info@subterraneanpress.com so we can work with you on getting your package.

Our shopping cart aggregates shipping weights, as though all books are being shipped in one package. This can cause shipping rates to be inaccurate. If your order consists of more than one preorder, or a mix of preorder and in print items, we may need to contact you for additional shipping charges.
