When a bottomless hole appears on MeeZeeNeeZee street, friends Yaboo, Twoth, and Billum decide to investigate the strange finding. An accident quickly sends Billum tumbling into the hole, forcing Yaboo and Twoth to attempt a rescue by jumping in after him.
Falling through a blaze of colors, each of the friends are transported to a different world, where they encounter ancient magic, hungry bandits, running rhyming poets, and fellow jumper Kungu Nah, whose greedy pursuits may pose a threat to Yaboo, Twoth, and Billum as they search for one another.
Award-winning author Clive Barker first introduced the Jump Tribe in 2005 through a series of collectable plushies and their accompanying story books. Twenty years later, the tales and poems have been collected for the first time in this volume. So jump into the Zelaquar and embark on a world-hopping adventure in Jump Tribe.

From Locus:
“In fact, the only review you need is that this is a Barker book, and while we eagerly wait for a new novel, this little morsel gives us a chance to spend time in a funny, cute universe where people walk their snakes, magic chalk lets you draw holes that lead to other dimensions, and there are cooked fish that have riddles inside like a fortune cookie. Subterranean Press makes gorgeous books and Barker is one of the best to ever do it, so draw a hole in the ground and jump into this little gem as soon as you can.”
