Jonathan Lethem’s two-story collection, How We Got Insipid, is in stock and shipping. In addition to a revealing afterword, it contains two long tales, “How We Got In Town and Out Again” and “The Insipid Profession of Jonathan Hornebom.” Neither tale has been collected before.

The book itself is a thing of beauty, if you’ll forgive us for saying so ourselves. Insipid is printed in two colors throughout, with a cover and frontis by Blake Lethem, JL’s brother. All copies ordered directly from Subterranean Press are signed by the author, while supplies last.
