If you own a copy of Dan Simmons' Hyperion and have been holding off on ordering the second novel, The Fall of Hyperion, the deadling is approaching, You have until the end of August to preorder your copy of Fall. After that, we'll send out an announcement opening up any unordered limited and lettered editions to the general public.

As to where Fall of Hyperion stands: The book has been designed, proofread once, and is going through the second round of hunting for errors. John Picacio has turned in his rough for the dust jacket image, which Dan has commented on and approved. In addition, the signaure pages are already in house. This one should head to the printer as soon as John's able to turn in the dust jacket and endsheet art.
